देवावर विश्वास असल्याने पूजापाठ (प्रार्थना आणि उपासना) प्रभावी असल्याचा विश्वास धृढ होतो. या मुळे पुरोहितांच्या कार्यालयाची वाढ होते. पुरोहितांच्या दृष्ट बुद्धिमत्ते तून सर्व अंधश्रद्धे ची निर्मिती होते ज्यामुळे समाजाचा विस्तार नष्ट होतो.
